Instructions for Applicants,

1. Mandatory Fields are suffixed with * (Asterisk) on the Application Form.
2. Documents/Certificates should be uploaded in 'PDF' Format within the size prescribed in the Application Form. Photo and Signature of the candidate should be uploaded in '.jpg / jpeg' format only in the Size prescribed in the Application Form.
3. Kindly go-through the data entered at each stage as it cannot be edited after final payment.
4. NIMHANS will not take any responsibility in the event of non-payment/failure in submission of application on time.
5. Any false data submitted by a candidate shall lead to legal action.
6. Representation for refund of application fee will not be entertained under any circumstances until and unless the notification gets cancelled by the Competent Authority.
