DipCMH for Psychologists applicants, should read the ‘Information for Applicants’ before filling the Application form.

Instructions for Candidates,

1. Kindly fill in all the mandatory fields suffixed with * (Asterisk) on the registration forms.
2. Documents to be uploaded shall be in PDF Format only, and the Photo and Signature of the candidate shall be in jpg/jpeg format only.
3. Kindly review the data entered at each stage, as you cannot edit it after the final submission.
4. NIMHANS will not take any responsibility in the event of non-payment/failure to apply on time.
5. Furnishing inaccurate data will lead to legal action.
6. Request for a Refund of the application fee will not be entertained under any circumstances until and unless the competent authority cancels the admission notification.
