Instructions for Candidates,

1. Applicants are instructed to go-through the NIMHANS Prospectus 2024-25 and Admission Notification for the Academic Year 2024-25 available in NIMHANS website before filling the application form.
2. Kindly check the eligibility criteria for the courses you are applying for
3. Candidates applying for Ph.D. courses under Institute stipendiary should cross-verify Prospectus 2024-25 and ensure that an Institute stipendiary seat is available under the concerned course. If not, the application will not be considered, and application fee paid will not be refunded.
4. Candidature in case of erroneous course / options selected in the portal by the applicant will not be considered.
5. Mere submission of application does not guarantee admission at NIMHANS.
6. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS shall mandatorily attach the relevant documents.
7. Candidates claiming Domicile reservation shall attach the Domicile certificate in the respective field.
8. Candidates applying under External Fellowship / Sponsored / Deputed / NIMHANS Project category shall attach relevant documents in support of the same.
9. Cut-off date for calculation of age shall be - 01.07.2024
10. Mandatory Fields will be suffixed with * (Asterisk) on the Application Form
11. Documents to be uploaded shall be in PDF format only and Photo and Signature of the candidate shall be in jpg / jpeg format only.
12. Kindly go-through the data entered at each stage as it cannot be edited after final payment.
13. NIMHANS will not take any responsibility in the event of non-payment or failure in submission of application on time.
14. Any false data submitted by a candidate shall lead to legal action.
15. Entrance exams for all notified courses will be held at NIMHANS, Bengaluru only
